Your podcast. Our production.
Editing, clips, artwork and publishing. We handle the work after recording, so you can focus on the next conversation.
Explore our capabilitiesChoose the support you need. We agree the deliverables, review process and timing before we start.
A good edit makes the conversation easier to follow without changing what anyone meant. We work to your preferred pace, whether that means a light touch or a tighter cut.
- Audio
- Speech cleanup, noise reduction, level balancing and a consistent final mix.
- Video
- Multi-camera sync, speaker cuts, framing and colour correction for studio or remote recordings.
- Editorial care
- Mistakes, retakes, unwanted asides and agreed cuts removed. Natural pauses stay when they serve the conversation. We accommodate creator and guest requests.
- Panel-style edits
- Combine separately recorded interviews into a coherent thematic edit, clearly presented as an edited compilation rather than a conversation that happened together.
- Recording repair
- AI-assisted speech enhancement for difficult remote recordings and steady background noise, plus video-quality enhancement where the source permits. We assess what can realistically be improved.
Audio cleanup is part of our usual editing work. Need papers, diagrams or visual references on screen? We can scope a research and overlay pass separately.
Back to capabilitiesWe find excerpts that make sense on their own, then shape them for the place they'll be watched. The hook should come from the conversation, not distort it.

- Short-form edits
- Focused excerpts with captions, speaker-aware reframing and enough context to stand alone.
- The right format
- Vertical, square and widescreen versions, with titles and accompanying post copy.
- Trailers and highlights
- Episode and season teasers, animated trailers, highlight reels and summary edits for conferences, scoped to the occasion.
- Clip production tools
- AIP's tools help reframe speakers, prepare titles and descriptions, and organise versions. Where it suits the material, we can also make faster-paced versions, including 1.25× edits.
- AI-assisted selection
- Our internal scoring can help rank candidate clips for editorial review. A predicted-virality score is a selection aid, not a promise of views or reach.
- Posting and connections
- YouTube posting is available in our clip workflow. Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn integrations can be scoped as custom work, not assumed to exist in every setup.
We agree the number, length and formats of clips up front. More formats don't have to mean more work for your team.
Animated trailer example: link being refreshed.
Back to capabilitiesYour thumbnail is often the first thing someone sees. We make artwork that communicates the episode clearly and looks like it belongs to your show.
- Episode artwork
- YouTube thumbnails, square podcast covers and supporting social assets.
- Your visual language
- Work within your established identity, or develop a consistent direction for a new show.
- Reusable production
- Repeatable layouts and practical review, so each release doesn't start from a blank canvas.
The recording is only part of a release. We prepare the written material and publishing details, so the episode is useful to listeners, viewers and readers alike.
AI voices: call centers, coaches and companions

- 03:50 AI scouting methods
- 08:25 Best voice AI experiences
- 16:54 Voice technology challenges
- 20:48 Human-like conversation dynamics
- Transcripts and notes
- Speaker-labelled transcripts, descriptions, chapter timestamps and references for accessibility and discovery. Human review checks names, meaning and the points a guest wants emphasised.
- Release preparation
- Titles, metadata, uploads, scheduling and release checks across your agreed podcast and video channels.
- Newsletter support
- Episode introductions and draft posts in your existing publishing workflow, including Substack where agreed.
Automation handles the repetitive work. Human review protects context, accuracy and your voice. You approve before publication.
You shouldn't have to chase an editor, a designer and a publishing assistant to release one episode. We coordinate the work and keep the decisions with you.
- Production visibility
- Upload recordings, see the production calendar and find published episodes with their links and assets in one place. We manage the platform and onboarding.
- Guest review
- Coordinate reviews and sensitive edits directly with guests or their PR teams, without losing track of the approved version. We agree response windows around the release schedule.
- Your existing setup
- Work with your Google Drive, YouTube channel, podcast feeds and existing team. We handle onboarding and scope useful workflow changes rather than asking you to rebuild everything.
- Sponsor operations
- Ad placements, audio and video versions, release checks and archive updates when campaign details change.
The platform supports the service. You don't need to learn another editing tool or run the production system yourself.
Back to capabilitiesWe can build a podcast site, connect your feeds and turn an existing video archive into a listening and reading library. If your current setup works, we work within it.
- Sites and feeds
- Episode pages, podcast setup and feed migration. We can connect your podcast feed to your website so new episodes appear without manual copying.
- Archive repurposing
- Lectures and conversations adapted into audio episodes, transcripts, articles and companion materials.
- Custom workflows
- Connect episode publishing with newsletter drafts, subscriber signup and release tools. Publish an episode as both a website post and newsletter, without copying everything by hand.
- Content management
- CMS-backed episode libraries with transcripts, references and listening links, so your team can manage the content and we can automate the production handoff.
- Growth support
- Podcast growth consulting, workflow improvements and targeted promotion for selected episodes. Campaign scope, advertising spend and the measure of success are agreed separately.
Website work, custom development, growth consulting and paid-promotion support are scoped separately. A new site isn't a prerequisite for working with us.
“With one point of contact, we spend less time on post-production and can focus more on podcast and non-podcast work.”
A clear scope. A simple working relationship.
You don't need everything on this page. We recommend a starting scope around your recording, your audience and what you want to stop handling yourself.
Adi and Sai stay involved in the work and communication. If you'd like to speak with an existing client, we can arrange a reference with their permission. Meet Adi and Sai
-
Agree the scope
We look at your show, recording setup and release plans. You get a defined set of deliverables, a price and a timeline.
-
Record and share
Send the source files and any editorial notes. We edit, package and organise the work for review.
-
Review and release
You give consolidated feedback. We make the agreed changes, then deliver the files or publish with your approval.
Standard and rush production are available, with fast follow-up edits where capacity allows. We confirm the delivery date and review windows before starting; urgent work is never an automatic guarantee.
A few things that make recording easier
- Ask the studio for original camera files and separate audio tracks for each speaker, when available.
- Record and listen back to a short test before the conversation. Check that every microphone is actually recording.
- Keep the originals, including backups, until the final episode is approved. Send editorial notes alongside the files.
- For remote interviews, we can help you choose a recording tool and check the file handoff before the session.
