AI Podcasting is operated by WisdomInANutshell OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 16853874, VAT EE102706082) at Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 15551, Estonia. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us by email: your email address and message, which may include your name or a show link. This is a static website with no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so we do not profile your browsing.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we are a good fit to work together. Under the GDPR our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, together with your consent in choosing to email us. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sub-processors and hosting
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact enquiries are sent through email rather than a website form, so this site no longer uses Cloudflare Turnstile or an Azure contact-form backend for enquiries. Email providers may process messages under their own security and delivery controls.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
